World Bank to Help Mitigate Affects of Financial Crisis on Africa's Development
The World Bank has reiterated its commitment to providing the support needed by African countries to minimize the negative impact of the global financial crisis on growth and poverty reduction.

Such commitment of World Bank is an important step. In first place I was worried the world financial crisis provide in-road for donors to withheld their support. in that case the impact will hit African content very hard!
But anyway what really is Global Financial Crisis? What went wrong? any opinion?
